He’s not an academy player anymore, so we could demand anything, but he isn’t going to try and leave his hometown club.
Max Clark, currently on the box, live FA Cup rd 2, Kings Lyn v Stevenage, better than the World Cup and, surprisingly, no-one has fallen to the floor clutching their face yet.
He played for the Under 21's, ex City academy player, and in my opinion, it is better than the World Cup, good honest football with no diving or cheating. More importantly WTF has it got to do with you?
Some of the Saudi players are embarrassing, the Tunisian’s were shocking too. Ref’s fall for it though??? Can tell some of them have never played
I watched and enjoyed it - I never saw Stevenage blowing KL away in that mad five minutes after half-time though, good game.
Watched both FA Cup games yesterday, and not one player threw themselves to the floor clutching their face. Not one. Or rolled about five and six times after the slightest of contact?
After a rocky start to the season, the U18's seem to be improving, which is good to see. There seem to be a few new faces, so obviously, some of the trialists are been taken on it seems.
Not seen it posted Hull City Academy are delighted to announce the appointment of Onur Zayim as an Under-15s and Under-16s coach. The 36-year-old has previously worked with the Turkish national team’s youth sides, from the Under-15s through to the Under-21s. Raised in İstanbul, he oversaw his home nation’s successful UEFA European Under-17 Championship 2023 qualifying campaign, taking seven points from three group games. A former midfielder who could also operate at centre-back, Zayim spent his entire playing career in Türkiye with Galatasaray, Beylerbeyi Spor, Bakırköyspor, Catalcaspor, Vefaspor and Avcilar Bid. “I’m so excited to be here,” said Zayim. “It’s a really good adventure for me, a big challenge, and the first time I’ll be working out of my country. “I worked for the Turkish FA for 10 years and was head coach of the Under-17 team, also Under-19s, and assistant coach of the Under-21s. “Lots of experiences and now it’s time to show that here with the academy, develop the young Tigers and take them to the first team.” Academy Manager Richard Naylor said: “After an extensive recruitment process, Onur impressed us with his tactical and technical knowledge, as well as his work with the Turkish national sides and developing young players. “Hull City is building more of a profile in Türkiye and that’s helped attract him to the club. We’re really pleased to have secured his services and believe he’ll be a great addition to the academy.” please log in to view this image
