It was a weird one, City were on the back foot for most of the second half, but as soon as they went 2-0 up, they went into autopilot and City just wanted it more. Some decent larkers for us, somebody from Reading was there scouting, although I couldn't make out his **** handwriting, but presumably he was watching a Man City player.
Nice to hear Ter Horst is getting a few goals, he certainly has pace, and looks to me that he is starting to have a bit more about him than Luer, even though they are different types of player.
Tonight's No.17 (Taylor) is the son of the lead singer for top late 70's punk band The Abusers. There's a ****ing useless (and possibly inaccurate) piece of information for you (the lead singer bit is accurate, the top punk band bit, less so).
Josh Clackstone seems to be doing well for Notts County, they won away at Plymouth last night, played again a full 90 minutes. 0-1 Harvery Rodgers played a full 90 minutes in Stanley's 2-2 draw with Wycombe, Edwards was an unused sub. Max Clark didn't feature either in the starting line up or subs bench in Cambridge loss to 2-3 at home.
The U23's are playing their final group game in the Premier League Cup tonight, away at Colchester. Though they're already through to the next round after the draw against Man City.
Colchester are doing rather well, they've topped a group that consists of teams above them in the league set up.
Now look, if we are talking international it's Hull Tigers, locally it's Hull city Tigers, the supporters can call us whatever they want like always. And the FA can do sweet FA All the Best Dr Allam.
There a good side, I saw them at Ferriby, from memory they beat us 1-0 in the first game of this tournament.
If they put both teams using their Nicknames then it wouldn't bother me, but using the other teams correct name and then us as The Tigers pisses me off.
It's always going to be difficult for the u23s now. They're without Mannion, Tymon, Bowen, Rodgers, Clackstone and Edwards. In one sense it's a shame as it would've been nice to win the league and do well in the cup but they're moving on to bigger and better things.
Didnt they beat us on BB as well, when Hinchliffe got sent off? Think they beat us last year as well.
I remember the game Hinchliffe got sent off, but cannot remember who it was against, you could be right.
