    Good result, Stewart and Bowen taken off at 60 mins, replaces by Hamilton & Luer respectively. Though with a strong side out they should have prevailed.

    Was some easy money to make, we were $2.45 for the win when the team news came out and I pounced quickly. Was sweating at HT but eased to it in the end!

    Great to see minutes for Stewart, Toral, Mazuch and others, though I was a bit concerned about Bowen starting, didn't see the point.

    There was a lot of first team players in the under 23s at Crewe due to injured players coming back and others in preparation for the weekend.
    It just made me wonder whether this will become the trend under Slutsky and how the younger players might think about that?

    It's not necessarily negative for them because it allows the ones that make the squad to test themselves alongside first teamers and also allows the coaches to see how well they blend. This in turn should show how they would adapt to Championship football, but maybe not so positive for the ones who get benched.

    Got a feeling that in the back of Slutsky mind is the 5-0 hammering we got at Derby after the last international break, and that he was just trying to keep as many of the first team as possible match fit.
