You get that from BBC text? Well done, another baseless point made by someone else about something you didn't actually see.
Bruno's form has been poor. How the heck has he not scored there This and the last game, he's missed two gilt edged chances. I think if we converted our chances the defence wouldn't be in the spotlight so much when we concede 1!!
I was going to say it myself but what anyone but you or Treble posts on here apparently is bollocks so I thought I'd post from a trusted, reliable, professional sports reporter instead. Slag him off.
I don't suppose you noticed Chief but I deliberately used those things called quotation marks in my post to give you a little clue. Never mind, you can't be on top of everything.
As I said, what anyone else but you and Treble post is wrong, particularly myself or Christian, so I thought to inject a sensible, independent, professional viewpoint into the discussion - just before you shut the post down - again.
Our players lack so much confidence. It's like they sense it's going to go wrong and lose all composure.
And off you guys go - what a wonderful performance that was, the tactics were spot on, the improvement is there for Stevie Wonder to see, the togetherness and understanding of the team was there for everyone to see............................. Christian, can you take over, I need some meds and a lie down.
Well it wasn't a five nil home defeat overseen by an old hero, I'll give you that. I yearn for those days, I really do.
Flat passive first half. Came out in the 2nd half with a lot more urgency. Telles and Pogba coming on as subs I think was a good move. We created so many chances to put the game to bed. Again! But there's no doubt we lack a CM to control the game and marshall the defence. We still looked vulnerable even against 10 men. Defo a mentality within the squad that we will concede.
My point was that you don't/won't listen to our viewpoint, so you might (just) listen/take note of a sports journalist's opinion on the match - clearly not. Anyway, we overcame the mighty Brighton at OT so we are on an unstoppable upwards trajectory................ until next week and we face Atletico. Now that will be a real matchday thread
Your point was quoting someone else's view on one single moment within a match to try to 'prove' that my pre match assessment that Bissouma was one to watch, was wrong. That's it. That was your point. While at the same time moaning about how **** we are. So forgive me if I treat your 'point' with the disdain it deserves.
The post match silence is deafening ...............................I can almost hear people scrabbling for something good/narky to come back with after another dull, dreary performance. Anyone who comes back with - 'it's three points' deserves shooting. We were piss poor against ten man Brighton at home, but we winged it
