I don't get it.

He offers us nothing. He actually costs us goals as he blows clear chances and now we're level.

Sancho got to be a better bet, with Rashford having to be centre forward.

 

We genuinely would be out of sight if Sancho or Garnacho had started.

 

We are literally handing the game to them.

 

We've been awful.

They were supposed to be chomping at the bits to play the next game.

Coming out taking the game to them, been in their faces, closing down for every ball.

They just look like they couldn't give a fck.

 

He's missed four opportunities in the first half. Two sitters, one decent chance and a potential rebound.

I don't get how he's on the pitch, I haven't got a ****ing clue.

He was only ever meant to be an emergency last 20 mins plan B No. 9, and yet he's seemingly first choice No. 10 for actual **** sake.

Southampton which should be the best next game we could hope for.

I don't think we're over Sunday after tonight. Still think we looked nervous until we took the lead in the 2nd half. We look good at 2-1 or 3-1, but it's about how we start at 0-0 on the weekend.

Just read an incredible stat - Weghorst has started more games for us than Martial has in the last two years. Bloody hell.

 

Ffs Garnacho out injured now

No Garnacho, Casemiro, Eriksen, Sabitzer, Martial. Looking weak in midfield. The prospect of McFred beckons.

We should be ok against Betis as Casemiro plays, but the FA Cup game against Fulham is going to be a tough match.

After that is the international break but we need to get past these two games even if they're scrappy wins.

**** 1st half. We're all over the place. Can't string two passes together, getting dispossessed easily, or just giving the ball away. Bruno, Fred, Weghorst all ****.

Weghorst is a mess of a player. We need to fck him off the starting line up. He's carried by everyone every game.

We go through to the quarter finals which is great.

But it was a poor performance really, nobody on the same page as each other.

Fulham are better than Betis. We play like that against them and we're out of the FA Cup.
