I think arsenal are quite happy just allowing us to counter which is unfortunately our aim in this game. We've got to Nick as goal it's too obvious that if we over commit they'll destroy us. It's actually a very close tactical battle.

 

I’ve counted at least 3 occasions where he’s passed to the opposition rather than Almiron, it’s starting to become blatantly ****ing obvious now. I’m sure he even gestured to almiron to get up off the floor when he took a bit of a knock to the face down by the touchline just before half time!

I bet Almiron ****ing megs him in training every day #showboating

 

Be very interesting to see if we can get something. We'll get a chance, probably a mistake, and we've got to take it - Rondon's not having a good game, but he's a top striker so who knows?

We can't switch play in this which hurts us. Lejeune cannot find a long way out, and the midfield duo are very low key - but then they're against the likes of Ramsey/Ozil, so easy to see why.

 

I don’t necessarily think it’s that, Arsenal’s passing and movement at times has been electric, lets just hope they can’t maintain it for 90mins and we can nick a point towards the end!

 

I'm slightly annoyed that arsenal are getting away with with fouling anytime we counter . sometimes its very early and in our half, but it's because were like 3 on 3 at that point already. If they avoid yellows they ate free to continue and will.

 

Not really a physical battle in midfield either - time for Shelvey I reckon, try and offer a different option

 

Yeah, for Hayden, would make sense.

 

Shelvey? l am not sure about him.
On the one hand he may bring more creativity and maybe that killer through ball, but, he switches off, doesn’t track back, so would give them a possible easier passage through midfield.
I guess we wait and see, but we definitely need more composure when we do get on the break.
Some of the passing tonight has been horrendous.

When you say cant, does an assist count as in where we pass to one of theirs and then after 4 passes we get it back?

 

We may as well kick it in our own net for them and be done with it, after all, we have spent all match bloody passing to them.
