That is just people being pissy to try to back up their standpoint. Reality is whether you are on the good side or bad side of decisions is irrelevant. Its a sport, its meant to be entertaining. People are not finding that VAR has helped the entertainment and are therefore sick of it. Its completely ruining the game.
I understood it - I just didn’t see what relevance it had to football matches. Are you actually saying that referees decision making is based on emotion?
Our interpretations of fair are clearly different. Its not fair to be sat in a stadium for five minutes waiting for some guy on a monitor to have a guess about a 1mm off side, or the slightest handball brush. Its a crock of ****. I actually think they've brought it in so they can do adverts in the var breaks. Watch this space.
Thats a myth... like I say if you win its all good if you lose its the games ruined and not an unfair call. People cannot argue its not fair anymore, so theyre arguing its no fun anymore.. Hiding from losing their dignity

Totally incorrect ..if I see a film the outcome is the same for all watching , but the result matters in football. Its a sport ... it has to be fair Are they just going to start saying ... get in the hole tiger and award burdies in golf because he didnt miss by much and to keep his fans and prostitutes all happy?

over the last 4 seasons alone we have been shafted on a great number of incorrect decisions far more than any awarded to us, I know because I always moaned about the standard of refereeing each week often pointing out that the Laws of the Game are the same for any team what ever division they are in I was often criticised for blaming the ref and his decision making despite my past refereeing background and having a brother that refs in the football Leauge
Now that I've won this debate I think i'll press on in the other thread arguing that the sky isnt blue.
Stupid comparison. Its about enjoyment. There is no sport if there are no fans because you are turning them off with stupid rules. The fairness has not massively improved. If you were being hand on heart honest, have at any stage this season have you uttered the words "where is VAR now?" I bet a high percentage of watchers have. Why? Because they've seen something VAR'd in one game but then not the next. its happening every single week. We've just replaced one inconsistency with another is all. One which is spoiling the game as a spectacle. Its utter ****. Also its "Birdies"
