Here you go- "Both Wales and Portugal will be wearing their away colours for tonight's Euro 2016 semi-final in Lyon. According to UEFA rules, the 'home' team is usually entitled to wear their first-choice kit in any tie throughout the tournament. For tonight's match Portugal are on the home side of the draw - meaning that, in normal circumstances, they would be able to play in their predominantly red home kit in Lyon. However, for this contest, the Portugese first-strip has been deemed to be too close in darkness to Wales' charcoal and lime green away kit, and is considered to be a colour-clash. Fernando Santos' side will instead be wearing their light green away colours for tonight's semi-final. On top of that, it is understood Wales' attempts to therefore wear their favoured red home strip have been blocked, although it is not known whether this was by UEFA or Portugal. Wales were allowed to wear their home kit despite being the designated away team against Russia in the group stages after the Russians agreed to a request from the FAW."
Not really, if you think about it. Apart from the fact it states that it is not known if it was Portugal or UEFA who objected.
I have to say Robson Kanu does look quite handy. I wouldn't be disappointed if we signed him. He's not going to be prolific, but he grafts his bollocks off.
Well, in the Football League and Prem, I believe it is down to the club, so would assume similar with UEFA.
The Welsh team have all been playing together since they were 15 (so I heard on the radio today) so they all play to a system and all know each other's game inside out. I guess Reading didn't play to his strengths. If we could get him, keep Abel and make a decent money signing up front - that would give us some options and some threat I hope!! He holds the ball up brilliantly - something we have lacked for a while.
Robson-Kanu would make a great target man for someone in the low-to mid area of the Prem / top of the FL.
Chester on his wrong side showing what a great player he is again, he has a handy trick of standing his ground against taller players when they try and meet crosses too ,seen him stop Fellaini last match and Ronaldo this from getting headers on goal.
