Use the club’s own money to buy a controlling stake in itself..’connect’ with the fans on Twitter so they think you are one of them and in it for the long haul...get the fans to repair the stadium... sell to another American (presumable for lots of money)... they walk off into the sunset with your retirement pot.

I notice he isn't selling all of his share, maybe that is so he can retain some and sell it for even more in the future?
