    Seem to remember a bit of a hoo-hah on here when a squillionare T-shirt vendor took over NUFC. That also went well. Sadly, the wealth of owners merely affects the potential of a club; it doesn't guarantee anything of itself. However, our new owners have one quality that will inevitably make all you mags jealous and that is that they are not Fat Mike Ashley. Up yours, suckers...!!

    different leagues but only till the end of season,in the Jan window if we need strengthening to get us over the line the investment will be there. however if you guys are still in the bottom 3 can you see investment or parachute payments

    I'm sure I was told last season we would be in the same league as them this season. Wishful thinking is not reality. It is entirely possible but it does look less than likely based on their current position and our start to the season. We've got more points that at the same stage last season despite having an equally as challenging start. Meanwhile Jack Ross is still boring the pants off League 1.
