    You'll probably have to bind it yourself then - am pretty sure it was a fairly cheap, paperback-like production.

    I haven't looked through the online one fully yet, but am hoping the photos from the book are included. There was one of an apprentice signing on - I bumped into him years later in Queensland when he was playing in the State League there. A South Oxhey lad, he knew all the guys I used to go to matches with - had a fine night reminiscing.
