Congratulations to Francisco Sierralta, who made his Copa América debut for Chile last night! The 1-1 draw with Uruguay means @LaRoja are through to the quarter-finals
Tottenham Hotspur’s participation in a two-legged Europa Conference League play-off means our away game originally scheduled for Saturday August 28 will now be played on Sunday August 29, with a 2pm kick-off.
Wilmot going... https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/e...h-watford-player-having-medical-with-potters/ Sad.. .I thought he was half decent
Half decent yes - but I think we need full decent players. Which is why I think there are a few more to go. If we can land the guy from Sporting Lisbon and the guy from River Plate then a couple of contentious names may well leave. On the subject of River Plate guy - I see that Rangers are hoping to sign him too. Wouldn't their noses be out of joint if we beat them to it, as well as sign Kamara from them...
Great a bit of pace and trickery, seems like he can operate across the front 3. We were never going to be splash out on an expensive striker after a season in the Champ and the non-success of Isac and AG. Bummer, maybe worth a punt though.
With the acquisition of Dennis the menace, who seems like a Ismaili Sarr clone, you have to wonder if IS is being line up for a megabucks transfer. I hope not, as I really like Sarr - including his moody looks ! But they won't both play. And emmanuel won't be satisfied with a bit part role, having scored 2 against Real Madrid at the bernabeu. Still, exciting times. We are making a step up !
Everton are not a top club and have not been one since the late eighties In fact they are the most underperforming club in the Prem considering the money they have spent Like Spurs they are struggling to sign a new manager and have probably been turned down by more managers in the last two months than Watford have ACTUALLY sacked in the past 10 years
A replacement for Dave Messenger, who is moving on to pastures new it would seem. Anyone who had had any dealings with Dave would know what an asset he was for the club.
He is not leaving the club. Agree that he has been a great point of contact. Dave Messenger, who has been the club’s Supporter Liaison Officer since July 2015, has moved to a newly-created EDI & Disability Access Officer role, to focus on the club's ongoing commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, particularly relating to the requirements of the Premier League Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Standard (PLEDIS) and the FA’s Football Leadership Diversity Code (FLDC). Dave will also continue to manage the club’s provision for all disabled supporters, staff members and other visitors.
