    Seems simple , but it’s not ever like that , super confident teams can do that when on a run , but teams in the other mode of nerves don’t usually show that . The penalty made all the difference , along with newcastle’s dead rubber situation .
    West Ham will be a tough one , if we play 442 , which is possible , could have a chance

    As Shearer and Townsend said after the Match. one point each and we are both safe and then see who can finish on top
    It is about time we beat City in the Premier League, and, we have scored more goal and collected more points against Arsenal than any other team in the top flight

    TBH unless it's a late decision I don't think you can ever say had this not happened then the result would have been a certain win/draw etc.

    You can never know what would have happened had that incident not occurred.

    They usually say decisions affect players mentality and confidence wise but that is when they need a strong mind set.

    True - was a fairly solid result.

    Although clearly the Pozzos didn't think so as Gracia was off a week later.

    If he saw the penalty not awarded to us at Spurs he would have every right to be outraged, thay were both very tame compared to the assault on Gerald
    At least the confusion regarding handball has been cleared up now
    If it is a goal scored against Watford then hand ball is from the elbow down
    If it is a goal scored by Watford then hand ball is below the collarbone

    Have we had a goal disallowed for handball?

    Probably be on Friday in the 90th minute!

    Our penalties were right - Bruce would have been screaming for them if it'd been the other way round.

    A penalty is a penalty regardless of if it's soft/mild or hard!

    Deeneys goal at Man Ure
    Dawson was fouled the ball hit him just below the shoulder as he went down and the goal was disallowed
