    Asks the question why the MSM in Scotland have refused to comment on or report blatant racism and sectarian hatred by David Limond against an Irish Catholic, Angela Haggerty.

    His blog is really well worth reading.

    GREENSLADE is correct to point out the bias in Scotland.

    History will record the shame of Scotland in the same way that SA history is shameful and the British empire history is shameful.

    Our day Will come. We will eventually get the just society we deserve and those who follow Celtic will be seen in the same lights as The Civil Rights Marchers in Alabama in the early sixties.

    She was abused by following her role in editing Phil McGiollaBhain's book.

    Folk got done for it. Nobody has said **** all about it but now guardian journo roy greenslade has raised it as a failing amongst Scotch journalists to address anti Irish racism.


    Angela Haggerty is a journalist herself and comments regularly on celtic and the Celtic support.


    I've never read anything of hers that is of any merit whatsoever and truth be told I view her with a degree of contempt.

    That said, she didn't deserve this.

    Albert. The point I was trying to make....poorly was that if you want people to know about Roy Greenslade and his blog. Maybe if you posted it's contents here we'd be better placed to judge.

    I don't know why Albert posted it on the Celtic board. Or why he thinks it is relevant to Celtic

    You'd have to ask him.


    Like much of his stuff, it might belong on the pointless point scoring thread. Which itself has nothing to do with Celtic but was posted here as a "safe haven" from GC.

    She's a ****ing daft cow. More fool her for publishing that book. We all know how scummy football fans can be especially in Glasgow so **** her. To call it anti-Irish racism is absolutely laughable. Playing the victim card again <wah>

    Wonder why he doesn't call it T-word if it's on a par with the N-word and Y-word. What an absolute walloper of the highest order. My favourite quote from it is

    Not explicitly anyway. But when you suggested "more fool her for publishing that book" it read to me like you were at least apportioning some blame on her for undertaking an action that shouldn't incite extremists.... But did.
