"Wenger In" vs "Wenger Out" factions

When this site was first opened, almost immediately the Gooners split into two desperately divided camps: those who believed that Arsenal's slow decline into mid-table obscurity was nothing of the sort, and was merely a blip from which Wenger would engineer a glorious recovery; and those who believed that Wenger was, in fact, the problem, and that the club was in a downward spiral whilst he remained in charge.

We all know which camp has been proven right.

Unfortunately, that camp isn't here to celebrate the announcement by Arsenal FC that Wenger is finally getting axed (at the end of the current season), because they were all run off the forum, or banned.

See, the problem for them is that they had a couple of assholes running their forum who were rampant and dictatorial leaders of the "Wenger In" camp and - here's the devastating bit - were also so-called "moderators" of the Gooner board. Of course, they didn't "mod," they merely imposed their own dull fantasies onto what sheep remained in the ensuing mass exodus.

If there had been different mods in charge - members of the "correct" "Wenger Out" camp - the Gooner board today would be so much more vibrant, and would now be playing an active and constructive role in this board. Instead, we have what we have - a complete muppet who is also a Wenger sympathiser - the worst of both worlds.

The galling thing is that the likes of Pixie will make out that he always wanted Wenger out, and that it wasn't his fault that so many good posters were forced away from this site (no doubt leading to a drop in revenue streams for the owners). You watch Pixie come out with a load of crap...

Anyway, all of that is by-the-bye and is not the reason why I started this thread.

If you had been a Gooner, would you have been a member of A87's "Wenger Out!" camp or Pixie's doomed "Wenger In" camp?
