Going nation wide now, it’s been a hard slog but it’s c9ming to fruition now.

 

Really, so what sort of numbers are you producing and how are you distributing them?

 

Minimum orders of 25 mixed pies delivered nationwide in chilled vans. Pretty much flat out at the mo but have staff coming. Now I have the approval for food I’m sending north & south so will pretty much be just making pies.

 

Sorry I forgot the numbers, we are currently doing 150 a week but are looking at a more conducive place than my kitchen.

 

That was going to be my next question, about approval but you've already clarified you've got it. Well done mate and good luck and don't forget whatever YOU charge, add on the 25% brb tax, people too often under sell themselves.

 

Yes we have to pay tax Nid noi but we can send poly boxes all over for 250 baht chilled. Exciting times, I wish I was 20 years younger.

I like the bacon boarder and the eggs are to die for, good amount of pepper too which is a bonus 20pts, looks too wet for me tho id need the beans in a ramekin.
