My mum used to do suede/swede? Sweet potato and carrot mash when I was younger. Thats bloody delicious with no seasonings at all
Love all that stuff, I eat practically any vegetable. I have swede when I can be arsed, they are a bit of pain to chop up. I have ordered some sweet potato hash browns to come in the next shop, see what they are like.
Try my mums mash of you ever have the ingredients, no seasonings, slight sweetness to it, and can be more sweet depending on the carrots. Lovely, ill have to make it soon now myself
Just looked that up and see its made by knorr. I wind my mrs up whenever I see knorr products in the shop by saying it in a borat like accent and with a hard K before the norr You have to be there
I normally make that sort of thing, once the veg get near to turning, so it uses them up to avoid waste. Oddly enough carrots tend to taste sweeter when peeled, something to do with rupturing the cells that release sugar.
That's right knorr, contains msg though, so got banned in a lot of countries if memory serves me right.
Beef roulade stuffed with feta and spinach and some other stuff. Cauliflower rice and broccoli. Friday night dinner ting. Yes it looks like a huge turd but it was very nice.
I got to go for hospital assessment next week, trying to avoid eating the stuff at the mo, because they always weigh me, although I have just finshed a whole bag of Haribo Goldbears.
