Mushy peas need white pepper, makes such a difference. Agree needed gravy

Yes in the Dale's, pork pie, with mushy peas and mint sauce is a thing not for me. Walkers up there can't get enough of it though.

warm pork pie up in leeds was a shock for me. But much better than I expected
