Fry the joint to seal it before putting it in.

Perfect way to do a joint of pork or lamb. Beef seems to come out too dry. Chicken is okay, put the bird in upside down with shallots and carrots.

Got one two years ago, only really used it in winter for some reason.

    Good for curries too.

Get some chicken. About 5 breasts should do it. Tip in some curry sauce. 6 hours. Bosh.

Last resort to have to brown stuff off, although I see why obviously.

I want to an able to chuck a load of ingredients in it at work in the morning so it's ready eat after work.

Tel's getting the picture, simple stuff that's not just a ready meal.

It may actually require a bit of work to get the best out of your slow cooker.

If you can't be arsed at all, and are the sort of person who tried granulated instant tea because tea bags were hard work, by all means get a ready meal. Remember to remove all packaging before you eat it <ok>

That's a lie. Plenty of fatties in Hong Kong. Also plenty of anorexics. Actually weird seeing so many people between the extremes

yeah, there's obese people everywhere, the % has been growing since the 70's when the US food industry started to use high fructose corn syrup and everyone followed suit; that **** is an addictive poison, and in everything for the $$$.
