No Asda do 4 mini jacket potatoes.

Really what's the ****ing point?

 

That was actually my dinner (for the avoidance of confusion, lunch to some of you), so ate at me desk.

I had a slow cooker beef stew for tea, with the obligatory broccoli.

 

Im having 2 pork chops, fried potatoes, carrots and peas.


But with a side helping of mushrooms, onions and sliced peppers., which i went back to my thai roots to do.

Butter and oil, added the mushrooms and onions, got them going, added garlic powder, black pepper, soy sauce, chilli flakes. Then the peppers.

Few more chilli flakes, bit more soy, and when nearly done added a bit of sugar, (cos i have no msg) a splash of beer beer (most use water)

Perfect, fried onions, mushrooms and peppers, with a bit of sauce.

easy peasy.

 

Seasoning for Jerks.

 

this didn't go as planned, as by 3am i was to knackered to eat it, so this became lunch today.

instead at 3am for some reason i decided to have 2 xmas puddings and custard wtf?

it probably seemed a good idea at the time.

 

Bit stuck on what to have tonight, seeing as ive already had last night food for lunch.

problem is, ive got so much stuff in, i really don't know what i want.

I'll have a few beers and see how many times i change my mind.

btw my asian style fried veg i did last night (but ate today) turned out really well, bit off spice kick and also the sauce was grand.

 

Gonna get a kebab on my way home from boxing. Cba to cook.

I'd probably remove the placemat tbh mate, doxxers paradise right there!

 

Am having homemade burgers.

Nothing to get excited about as they are low fat and made from turkey mince and will be served in a whole meal bun.

 

that's one of my options for tonight, obviously not turkey mince ones..

but at the moment a rump steak serving on top off thick slices of eggy bread, with fried onions and mushrooms is winning.
