    Minced chicken, cooked with red onions, ginger garlic paste, red chilli, turmeric & coriander. placed within a thin layer of mashed potato, egg washed and bread crumbed then fried.

    They all sold, buns had mint mayo on each half with lettuce tomato & onion. Nicked the recipe of an indian chef I follow on Facebook, so easy to make.

    Yeah for sure. I'll cook - pot stickers and dips and prawn toast for starter, Tom Kai soup, Thai green curry, nowt for desert unless one of yous brings one. You only need to bring the beer you'll drink.

    Having this before the boxing. My younger brother is cooking.
