What's it like in London?

I am moving to London soon and need some advice in what are the main attractions, good places to live and general tips on London.

I thought this forum was the best to ask this question to.

Well South London's a bit of a ****hole. North London's full of posh twats (I live there, it's ****ing hell). East London's full of chavs. And West London is boring.

 

really, Richmond and Kingston-upon-thames are **** holes are they? and seven sisters is posh is it? So many different parts of London you can't generalise on any of it apart from East London, which is a bit of a dive. And Croydon has different areas, west croydon is a 'ghetto' South Croydon is posh, I don't think people from Bolton should make derisory comments about any other area of the country, glass houses and that...

 

Just to add to that, Dulwich, Greenwich and Blackheath are all very nice areas of South London.
Every part of London has its **** areas and nice areas.
