I seriously wonder if Bassini is mentally well. When you read about the trouble of sorting out Bolton you realise he is well out of his league. There is the football club, a hotel, the car parks, and the access roads all owned by, or have charges on them by different people. It is further complicated by having two different administrators, one for the club and one for the hotel. The people all set to run the football club want the hotel, the only bit of the operation to run at a profit, and seem to be holding back until that part of the deal can be sorted out. Progress has been made, but with only three weeks to go they do not have enough players to start a game. The last thing you need is someone like Baz coming in and stirring the pot.
Bit harsh on Young? https://www.msn.com/en-gb/sport/pre...enwood-secures-win/ar-AAEC6wv?ocid=spartanntp Might not be playing at his best (who is for Man U..) but least Ashley probably wants to be there and playing in an unnatural position without too much fuss.
Sounds like Gifton Noel Williams' son played against us yesterday: http://www.wealdstonefc.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=17842&sid=bdb33394143b8df3242a01f550c8bbd6 Maybe more worrying they seem to suggest he didn't play well yet Wealdstone still won 4-0!
Seems as if someone is passing on a huge amount of experience. https://www.ldx1on1footballcoaching.co.uk/
Regarding Marvin Sordell, this is very sad. I think he could have been a top, top, player for sure. I hope he can go on to make a difference in people's lives, especially those under the dark shadow of depression - something I do know about - and I know I'm not alone on these boards in that regard both as having to deal with the problem and wishing Marvin every success. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45510063 https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49127523
Fernando Forestieri has been given a six-match suspension and fined £25,000 after a breach of FA Rule E3(2) was found proven by a Regulatory Commission. It was alleged that words used by the Sheffield Wednesday player during a friendly fixture against Mansfield Town FC on 24 July 2018 breached Rule E3(1) as they were abusive and/or insulting. It was further alleged that the words constituted an ‘Aggravated Breach’, which is defined in Rule E3(2), as they included reference to ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race. The striker has also been warned as to his future conduct and must attend face to face education but the sanction is currently set aside pending appeal.
Sad news regarding one of ex midfielders from the 90s https://www.gloucestershirelive.co....e-talboys-tributes-wimbledon-football-3161272
Just watched Cédric Avinel and Johan Cavalli playing for Ajaccio. The later is now 37 years old but is still pretty lively. Cédric Avinel’s Watford career wasn’t a conspicuous one – he was replaced at half-time in his only Premier League appearance. Cavalli only played twice for WFC with an additional sub appearance. Still would I live in Watford or Corsica?
How can Bassini keep attracting attention from fans ?! https://lionofviennasuite.sbnation....-on-bolton-wanderers-with-bizarre-performance
Suspect we all need cheering up. So it may help that Lloyd Doyley has scored today for King's Langley from the edge of the area with what their Twitter describes as 'a delightful volley'.
