    True - I am not sure he was that young when he came which didn't help.

    And the guy was no Gali so couldn't make up for it.

    Ah, Phillipo Galli: absolute class even at 39.
    Blondeau had been playing at a similar level as well as being capped by France but he was so bad it was almost comical. The only thing I didn't see him do was sit cross legged on the edge of the penalty area and spark up a Galouise. Ugh!

    Happens a lot in politics too - and in Education. I've worked with teachers who were entirely useless at, and unsuited to, the job who rather quickly moved up the ladder. One or two who even bacame school inspectors...
