We must finish in the top 2, anything less than that is a failure. If we don’t go up this season, I fear we won’t next season either.

I do think of the league games we have played under Parkinson, we look better overall. Defending from the front, and looking for balls to play through the middle are just some of the positives I have noticed.

In January we must bring in actual improvements on the players we have. If we do that, the top 2 is achievable.

Definition of insanity
Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result at each attempt.
Contrary to jack dross's assertion he had the best and deepest squad in the league.
Despite adding players in the 3 windows he was here the football he advocated and wanted the players to play meant we were negative and in the end chokers too.
A good manager like stendel and bowyer and wilder not that long ago takes the squad he has, moulds it and plays football to the strengths of the squad.
Adding to the squad and playing the same eye bleeding football will do nothing more than increase our wage bill.
PP has taken on a poisoned chalice in many respects and to add to that he is a yes man.
Hill is the man who runs our football side of things. Donald has already admitted that.
Contrary to popular belief, donald doesnt' get us' nor does he 'understand football'.
He leaves that to hill and in the 18 months he has been here we end up with
