    So Rangers tie up top players to long term contracts increasing their market value, good business indeed!
    Why oh why can't they seem to get new players in though? If it's not submitting awful bids it's gettig the bid accepted only to offer buttons! You might begin to think he doesn't want to spend cash or maybe the warchest is on a ship somewhere deep on the ocean bed? :emoticon-0114-dull:
