20 year old Zak Vyner, Bristol City defender is supposed to be on the way to Argyle for a loan up to the end of the season.

 

Darren Ferguson has been charged by the FA regarding comments made about the officials after the game against Argyle.....

I've read that Argyle are showing interest in Bristol City's 21 year old Swedish striker Gustav Engvall who at present is on loan at Stockholm club Djurgardens IF.

 

Also talk on pasoti that Argyle our interested in Luton's goal scoring midfielder Luke Berry 21 years old. Cannot see it really, he's on a 3 year contract and would cost a fee....so that's out isn't it.

 

Lots of interesting rumors flying around. Expect that some are more accurate than others . Never had such a busy transfer window. Stand by......

 

Oh you little tease lyndhurst. I'm guessing that there could be something to talk about player wise soon. I'm also guessing that there won't be a fee than changes hands either, Well not incoming anyway.

 

Vyner, a CB or RB , has signed on loan until the end of the season.

That's the first item on my wish list ticked off. No more Miller and the possibility of playing Threlkeld in midfield.

Next item is cover for Ryan Taylor.

 

Now official....plays as either a central defender or right-back.....hope that that doesn't mean we're losing Sonny Bradley, or does it mean Oscar Threlkeld will move into mid-field.

 

I should have said "Threlkeld into midfield IF NECESSARY".

Gives us a choice at RB. Threlkeld is doing OK there so I he may stay there with this guy on the bench.

I don't imagine Bradley's for sale.

 

Some bad news for Ryan Edwards....he has been diagnosed with testicular cancer and will undergo immediate surgery.

 

PAFC will open talks with key players about contract extensions Derek Adams has confirmed. This will not happen during the January window, but before the end of the season.
Adams will not name names....but we know that Sonny Bradley and Ryan Taylor will be out of contract during the summer.
With talk and offers during January from other clubs for key players this will only up the anti regarding any contract talks....this will make the next few months interesting for Adams and PAFC.

 

Did Derek Adams know about Ryan Edwards's situation before bringing in Zak Vyner from Bristol City or was he coming anyway....it certainly fit the bill at the moment.
We of course hope that Ryan's treatment is successful and that he will be back as soon as possible.

 

What a dreadful thing: we seem fated by that illness. Puts it all in perspective.

 

Was watching sky news to see if any signs of movement when league one came on with the Edwards news followed by the incoming. Dreadful news. We are alll going to hope he comes through it ok. Puts football into perspective.

 

Sky News Sensible?

 

It's the only sky sports channel in my package notdistant. It's useful sometimes in transfer windows and on Saturday when Argyle are away. I don't pay for matches or anything else though and I think the sky sports news is part of the smallest package on Virgin.

SURPRISE, SURPRISE.....Simon Church signs for Argyle.....wasn't he supposed to be in Poland signing for Lechia Gdnask....did he go or didn't he ?
