And, of course, the only English club to have won two CL titles and the last one to win a European trophy (calm down Liverpool fans, I'm not talking about the old EC now ) https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/jul/16/alexis-sanchez-arsenal-champions-league “My idea is to play and win the Champions League, it is a dream I have had since I was little” Only one of the three clubs fits that criteria
looks like it could be goodbye to Zlatan (and with it a huge chunk of the wages bill freed up) - it was great to have him wear the shirt even if he did divide opinion for much of the time. I would like to see us go for Vidal from BM - we have needed that true warrior spirit in midfield. With Matic and Vidal we would have a very strong core. I'd definitely give him a punt, if only for a year or two.
Would prefer his mate Thiago if I'm honest, I don't think they'll sell us either though. I think we are in need of a deep lying playmaker, as I still don't think we have enough talent in midfield to control games when we play the top sides.
He is a classic United player although it is a shame that he didn't come to us 5 years earlier. Mhkhi and he going made financial sense to get Sanchez on such high wages. As it looks he'll be covering either positions should the need arise.
Sky and several others are reporting that Blind may be on his way out with Roma keen to sign him. Another good squad player, he had a few poor patches but, overall, he was always a trier. Wish him well if he goes.
Shame as I'd keep Blind over Fellaini as a squad player any day. Better player, better passer, defender, reader of the game, everything bar heading! Mourinho loves a battle axe though and that's one thing he isn't.
So, I took a bit of a hammering on here for telling you guys about Sanchez, but now he has done exactly what I thought he would, and you have seen exactly what he is like week in, week out, I'll throw you a bone by saying just when you think he is a complete waste of space, he will score a few amazing goals to make you like him again. He is still a good player, but he just is... so... frustrating.
He had more than a handful of games for us, so I am in a position to tell you what he is like week in week out. And don't call me a ****, mother-****er.
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/berk berk (plural berks) (Britain, slang, pejorative, sometimes affectionate) A fool, prat, twit. (Cockney rhyming slang, vulgar) ****. Not everyone's a cockney you prat
As above, we are not where you are from. In 90% of the UK berk means the same as prat, wally, plonker etc. If we think you are a ****, don't worry, we'll just call you a ****
You got yourself confused, he called you a **** not an ****. Talk about being sensitive.....................................
