In the writ, MacGill claimed that during his years as a contracted player with Cricket Australia from 1998-2007, CA had paid him in accordance with their injury policy at times when he was unable to play due to injury. He claimed that Cricket Australia had failed or neglected to pay him injury payments over a two-year period from May 2008, when he was unable to play Test cricket due to injury.

England were praised for posting 300 - and by England standards 300 is not to be sniffed at. But on a good batting wicket, we've seen recently how good teams are getting 350+ with ease. A run a ball is the minimum required from the first 40 overs. You then need to be looking at 100 from the last 10. 340 at least. therefore. It's not just the recognised big name hitters who can accelerate to 10+ an over - even lesser players can clear the boundary (see Ronchi above). The par score on a good wicket has gone up again, just as England were getting to grips with the old one!
