I think Germany are fantastic value at even money tonight

Will do a large single, and a small treble with Nigeria and USA!!

 

TC I have been weighing that up but I am worried that Germancy dont have much in the way of out and out strikers!

I had a treble on yesterday Switzerland draw, France -1 and Agrentina -1 damn those late goals!

Shoot me now but i actually think England have a chance of qualifying at 7/1. I was really impressed by Italy and think they are a little bit underrated still. So i fully expect them to beat Costa Rica tonight. At which point the odds will change for all 4 teams. I'm basing my workings on Italy beating Costa Rica.

As the final group games are held at the same time, no team will be able to let their guard down because -

Italy - If they get beat and CR beat England, they could go out on goal difference, as 3 teams will be tied on 6 points.
Uruguay - A draw may get them through, but they can't risk playing safe in case CR win.
Costa Rica - Same as Uruguay.
England - Obviously anything but a win puts them out.

I fully expect Italy to win both their games, leaving them with 9 points. Uruguay with 3. I'm hoping Italy can score a few past CR to adjust the goal difference in Englands favour.

Only problem Hawk is if we are beating Costa Rica and the other game is a draw they will both know 1 point is enough and take their foot off the gas. We need Italy to win 2-0 or better tonight. That means we need a 1-0 win to go above Costa Rica, if we are at 0-0 then Uruguay will know they need a win and be going for it. We need to score late on so that they don't play out a draw

 

They can't risk playing out for a draw though in case CR get a late goal.

 

They can if we go 2-0 up - 15/8 for Italy & Uruguay to draw is looking rather tempting at the minute

Columbia are a very good side and in James Rodriguez they have a real star. I can't imagine Suarez will be playing and therefore Columbia are a stonking bet

 

Imma drop some few quids to Costa Rica winning against the old legs Greeks as I see them as a pretty good investment..
