Think the new (caretaker) manager bounce has finished and we’re back to being a bang average L1 team.

No point spending money in January. Save it til next summer and if we don’t spend big then, it may well be a few more seasons at this level.

Agreed. And if they’re not good enough then let them go. You can’t afford to carry players in a squad at this level with the amount of games you have to play. Davison, for example, is a good lad and runs his socks off but he just doesn’t have the quality to be a success at L1 level and we won’t get promoted with that level of player I’m afraid.

100%. I think we know enough about Davison and Leko now, but Burstow ? Does anyone know how good or bad he is ?

 

Got great composure near goal. Looks a natural goalscorer, although the rest of his game still has a bit to go, as you'd expect of an 18-year-old.
