your ideas why leeds players are not scoring enough goals in 2nd half of season

i have my own ideas of why mostly leeds are not scoring enough goals in 2nd half of season i would also like to hear from everyone on here why you think leeds are not scoring enough goals in 2nd half of season and what can be done to rectify the problem .
1. well here goes my theory one of the main reasons why is when leeds are attacking which is alot of the matches when leeds cross the ball into the opponents area either from a corner , free kick , or a simple cross by a leeds player , leeds players are NOT winning the ball and the opposition is heading the ball away or kicking the ball away therefore it gets down to either dribbling with the ball, a penalty or a shot from the edge of the box which is alot harder to score than winning the ball from a cross and either heading the ball in or knocking the ball down for another leeds player which is NOT being done .
2. Lack of confidence , i can understand bielsa saying its not lack of confidence as he as well as many managers wants the players to have lots of confidence and does not want to put this in the minds of the players but from my point of view there is lack of confidence , i can prove this in my theory by looking at the players we had in the 1st half of the season and to my mind there is only 1 player missing from the players we had then and that is eddie nketia as he has gone back to arsenal and clark only i think played 1 match so why cant the same players from the 1st half of the season do the same in the 2nd half of the season ? its lack of confidence .
3. too many small players in leeds team at this time , early in season it did not matter as much as we had lots of confidence .
WHAT LEEDS IN MY IDEA SHOULD DO ABOUT IT
1. Get tall burly either striker up front or some tall strong burly player to knock the ball down for the other leeds players in the opposition area which is NOT being done watch the videos you can see many crosses are NOT won by leeds players in the opposition goal area , leeds are getting beaten to the ball this needs to change .
2. DO NOT SIGN A SMALL PLAYER i dont care how skillful he is .
3. leeds players to practice knocking ball down or heading the ball in by being first to the ball over and over again in training this is NOT being done .

My theory is that every Christmas the players go home to their families, have a good meal for the first time in 4 months and think fck going back. As they are all on ridiculous salaries, they can afford to hire a lookalike to play the second half of the season on their behalf.

it’s the only plausible explanation for why this group of players who can’t play apparently, are capable of being the best side in the league until Christmas.
