The guy who played the flute in MAW ("Down Under") died a couple of weeks back. Forgot INXS. Great in their heyday imo. "Kick" was the big album over here but the Aussies I knew reckoned that was a sellout and "Listen Like Thieves" was better. I don't think so. "Kick" was fantastic. Such great songs - all on one album. Michael Hutchence RIP
I thought that decision was a travesty. Great song. Why wait over 30 years to sue? Pathetic. The riff was so obviously the Kookaburra song. Noticed that the drummer of Crowded House croaked himself a couple of years back too.

Tough call, Exile on Cold harbour is a great album I agree but have to go with these as they are the most I have listened too. 1 Dark side of the Moon 2 Dave Gilmore Live at the Albert Hall April 30th 2006 I was there and have played it to death. What a stunning concert. 3 Manassas, first side of a double album by Steve Stills. If you have never heard it I suggest you go U Tube. The other 3 sides of the album were so so but the first side is phenomenal. 4 Pet Sounds, Beach Boys. Was a good surfer kid on the Gower and Aberavon. 5 Is tough and I cant decide, Neil Young after the Gold Rush, Stones Goats Head Soup, Revolver, Sgt Peppers, Nirvana, Who's next, Yessongs was there to at that one 69 at Crystal Palace. Zep 1 , Zep 2, 3 Ry Cooder albums, Muddy waters ah so many. Highway 61, Graceland, Buddy Guy, Albert King, Muddy Waters, jimmy Hendrix, Stevie Ray Going with John Mayall and friends, Just along for the ride. Here is Zer voting of the new Jersey jury
