When all else fails, blame me for not understanding. You're supporting far right people. Get a grip ffs.
All you have is insults. Just accept the fact you agree with the far right lot there and embrace it, it's weird that you keep on denying it.
No, you're an idiot, mate. You keep banging on about a mayor having the right to ban who he likes. He doesn't. He is subject to the law, like everyone else. In Belgium, as elsewhere in Europe, there is an enforceable right of freedom of expression. The Belgian court has ruled in favour of the conference organisers, yet still this is not enough for your Antifa sensibilities
Good podcast at the moment on "Political Currency" which is the podcast which George Osborne and Ed Balls co-host. Deep dive on the Brexit campaign, but with long form, constructive and respectful, conversations with Gove and Johnson, among others. Good listen, whatever your persuasion.
He didn't ban it for their thoughts. He banned it because a bunch of knuckle-dragging racists were attending, which causes a risk to the peace. I'm not part of Antifa by the way, but keep on trying to insult me with that. I take it as a compliment tbh.
It was a perfectly peaceful gathering with some senior politicians. The "breach of the peace" nonsense was confected by the communist mayor to shut down dialogue. You're an extremist. Admit it, and move on...
More insults? I'm looking forward to you passionately defending Just Stop Oil or Freedom for Palestine marches.
I stand for freedom of speech and expression which are vital parts of democracy. You stand for censure, intolerance and repression of those who don’t share your political view. You and your ilk are the new fascism.
Yea right. Of course I do. Being openly racist should be encouraged, not stopped. I've been getting it wrong all my life... Thanks for the advice!
What a laugh this whole exchange has been. All the gammon snowflakes squealing that their far right and fascist heroes have been told (temporarily) that they can't spread their bile in a run down Brussels suburb. The Belgian high court overturned the decision of the local jobsworth mayor because it aimed to stifle free speech, as guaranteed under the country’s constitution - not something that applies in Orban's Hungary. Get over it.
That whole exchange was a prime example of everyone being either gammon or woke depending on the subject. Great reading lads
It’s not gammon to believe in freedom of speech and freedom of expression, Bob, whether it comes from left or right. They are rights hard fought for over history and are at the centre of democracy
