Just been listening to that welsh bint from the post office lying about what she knew about software flaws, as the post office brought convictions against sub postmasters

I said from the beginning of this that it made no sense, the possibility of money dropping out somewhere and no one gave it a thought, oh please what a load of bolloxs.

Today is the first time in a while that I've heard any of what is being said and she is just coming across like a dumb fook - only knows how much she earned, but all i've heard so far, is name drop other people, state that other people had worked there longer than her, in short, deflection from oneself, then add to that all the excuses you have highlighted.

I can't work out if she's someone with degrees who has absolutely no logical or critical thinking, or whether she just conveniently forgets whatever does not suit the post office narrative.

Stick her in a cell, see if that helps her recall memory.

The post office knew their software was ****ed and still tried to let innocent people carry the can

people went to prison for that and lives were ruined. Innocent people had their reputations ruined and those who did time, missed out on time with children and grandchildren that they will never get back

senior managers need to take the rap for this and she’s a little coward for trying to swerve the accountability

 

I think the impact on the families and the stories I've heard about the effect on their children is what's cut me up the most.

 

Yeah it’s horrendous the effect it had on people.

Although nowhere near as bad as this. I was accused of stealing money once by a vexatious complainant when I used to work in mental health in the NHS. It’s a ****ing awful place to be in when you know you’re innocent, but you’re being accused. My bosses threw me under a bus too, because they were more concerned with saying sorry and placating the complaint, than actually backing me.

****ing horrible time in my life that and I can only imagine what those sub postmasters and their families went through, as it was on a much bigger scale.

I would guess she failed upwards to the level of her incompetence by kissing ass rather then being any use, which is standard british business practice in my experience.
