I believe he walked around on his own, until Marti called every one together in front of the loft. Slightly odd/ quiet

So on the way home with a sandwich and a coffee. I know how to celebrate.

That was a great performance. We on them from the whistle, did not let them settle, every single person gave 110%, threw them selves into tackles and blocks, run their socks off. It was really impressive. Leeds did not know what hit them..with Chair, Willock and Anderson just amazing constant pressing until Chair got the goal.
The two Defensive Midfielders worked so hard...Colback had an amazing game.
    Everyone did.

Again the substitutions worked. Was worried replacing Anderson with Smyth ...but Leeds were not ready for the slight change of momentum, and again they froze..

Begovic made a couple of good saves.

And as I said...look what Marti has done to our corners.

Defensively we do not conceded like we did. We don't Bury our heads in our hands now...we expect to defend it.

And we now score from corners either immediately or from the second phase afterwards.
    Marti is a genius.

I have checked the table 20 times now. We cannot be relegated. We have 53 points.( now edited ...was very tired last )

In October some of us had given up and already accepted relegation...because we were the worse team in the league..and fully deserved to be relegated..

In our last home match we smash 4 nil the Team in 2nd place.

What a difference the right manager makes.

Thank you Marti Cefeuntis for this season.
Please can you stay with us...

Queens Park Rangers secured their Championship survival in style with a stunning 4-0 win against Leeds - a result that sent Leicester up to the Premier League.

First-half goals from Ilias Chair and Lucas Andersen, followed by second-half headers from Lyndon Dykes and Sam Field, gave the Hoops a deserved win in their final home game of the season.

Hoops goalkeeper Asmir Begovic made big saves to deny Joel Piroe and Crysencio Summerville in the first half, but the home side never looked back after Chair’s early opener.

The defeat for second-placed Leeds hugely dents their hopes of automatic promotion and means Leicester return to the top flight at the first time of asking.

The Whites now look increasingly likely to have to settle for a play-off place with Ipswich one point behind with two games in hand.

But it was a night of elation for Marti Cifuentes' Hoops who are now seven points clear of the drop zone and move up to 16th.

QPR were 23rd in the table and had just suffered six straight defeats when 41-year-old Spaniard Cifuentes replaced Gareth Ainsworth at the end of October.

After a difficult run either side of Christmas, the R's have won nine matches and only lost four since mid-January to pull clear of danger.

    Best performance of the season?
The home side took the lead inside the opening 10 minutes through a moment of brilliance from Chair.

The Moroccan dropped deep to pick up the ball before running at the Leeds defence, cutting in on his right foot and unleashing a powerful drive that deflected off Joe Rodon and past the outstretched arm of Illan Meslier.

Leeds responded well to going behind and almost equalised through Piroe, in for the injured Patrick Bamford, whose left-foot shot forced a fingertip save from Hoops keeper Begovic to turn it behind for a corner.

Chair then blazed over and Dykes headed wide as QPR pressed for a second goal.

The home fans were calling for a penalty as the ball appeared to hit a Leeds hand in the area but it did not matter. Soon after, Andersen darted into the box and whipped a superb left-foot curler past Meslier for his first goal for the club.

Summerville’s crisp right-foot volley was expertly saved by Begovic, with Leeds beginning to play with more purpose in the QPR half after the 30-minute mark.

Georginio Rutter then missed a golden opportunity to halve the deficit at the beginning of the second half as he dragged his shot wide of the near post.

Chair followed up another mazy run with a powerful shot that was headed narrowly wide by Leeds captain Ethan Ampadu, with Jack Colback having his shot from the corner deflected wide of the post as the R's threatened to score a third.

Dykes secured all three points with a glancing header at the near post from Chair’s corner that went through Meslier, before Field was left in too much space to power a header into the top corner via Meslier’s palm to make it 4-0.

Substitute Jaidon Anthony’s speculative shot rolled comfortably into the arms of Begovic in added time to sum up the visitors' night as they were left to contemplate the very real prospect of the Championship play-offs.

    What the managers said
QPR boss Marti Cifuentes told BBC Sport:

"I came here, perhaps I was crazy thinking we could manage the great escape.

"The atmosphere has been unbelievable since I came here. Everybody thought tonight could be a special night to achieve our target.

"Big players deliver big performances and our players all did that tonight.

"There’s a long way to achieve the levels we want to achieve and where this club wants to get to."

Leeds United boss Daniel Farke told BBC Sport:

"Congratulations to QPR and congratulations to Leicester.

"In the first 20 minutes we didn’t do the basics and QPR used this in an effective way to be 2-0 up.

"It’s not in our hands any more [automatic promotion], we need to be honest.

"The race is not over. If Ipswich win the next two games then I will say congratulations, but if they don’t win them then we will have a lot to play for [against Southampton on the final day of the season].

"As long as we have a chance, I’m far away from giving up."

Waited all season for us to start a game like that. Tore into them and they just couldn’t live with us.
Quietest I’ve ever heard Leeds fans!

I was going to mention that too.

It was a pretty nasty thing to do. Mark Prince picked up on it ..and challenged them.

And the Rangers fans sang loud and strong to deaden the noise of the booing.

Not classy at all...massive ...massive idiots and *****

We saved the very best till last.

Aside from securing safety - for us to stick to their poxy fans after the disgraceful way they booed Mark Prince at halftime was the most wonderful response.

If there was a sudden national northbound rail shutdown and a closure of the M1 at say, Watford Gap, the delight would be compounded.

Booing a father whose son was murdered sums up Leeds fans. The lowest of the low. So glad we dumped them in the playoffs. Let’s hope they fail miserably so we can whip them again next year

I think there must have been something specific that they reacted to. I don't know what it was, though.

    Anyway, **** 'em.

Anyway, what a comprehensive demolition of a side that may well still be back in the Prem next year.

    We murdered 'em!

Still buzzing - brilliant watch, even with the Sky commentators :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Wrote this the day he was anounced: "He has his own way of playing, very possesion based, but most importantly he plays on the front foot. Takes charge of games, and he made them able to take on and outplay far better teams with many times the budget he was on."

Tonight epitomised those words. Really something to build on. Can not underestimate how much belief this gives a performance group ahead of the new season. Almost get the same vibe as when Warnock ended the season so well before our promotion season. Here's to hoping, fingers crossed!!

Didn’t hear the half time booing, but comes as no surprise from a bunch of arrogant assholes who left west London having
Been royally butt f.ucked into the playoff’s, which I hope they lose out on.
Booing a Man who has lost a son but has overcome it raising bucket loads of money for a charity is just the sort of thing to expect from a bunch of tossers who self title themselves as MASSIVE who are in fact nothing more than massive BELLENDS
