He gets a lot of likes for his lengthy posts, and in my view most of them are automatic - a kind of learned response. His essays appear at first glance to be thought provoking, which would be a good thing. But his reaction when questioned on any aspect of them reveals his intent to be rather more like thought sedating. No need to think for yourself about this, because I've just done it for you. And if you choose to differ with anything more assertive than cowed meekness, he gets very uptight
