It's a rotten track with rotten surface in am area where it's public roads in part in the hottest and most humid part of country so it'll be bumpy and ****

Of course verstappen will walk it.

This is the sixth GP of the season so I voted for who I think will finish 6th. Voted George for that.

I know the soft tyre hasn’t worked for them, but I think the early signs are that McLarens upgrade is significant.

They had the best DRS and top speed in FP1 I think- a total change for them.

This track is meant to be their worst and yet they’ve turned up looking very punchy straight out of the box.

They could be very fast at Imola.

Danny Rice did a great job, hopefully he has got his head round the "what ever red bull decide to call their 2nd team this week" car.

It just goes to show what the red bull suspension does for car performance.

Adrian Newey was being interviewed and talked about yesterday and someone mentioned that he designed the suspension! I thought he was 'just' an aerodynamicist. Turns out he appears to look at the car as a whole. I had previously read that he designs the aero concept then gets the PU side to make their bits fit within his design.
He also towed the party line saying that he was going to take a break before considering what to do next. He said he might buy a motorhome so his wife, the dogs and he can travel through France. I'm guessing that what that actually means is that he's no longer involved in the Red Bull F1 car and only needs to do a few hrs now and again on the RB17 hyper car project to get it finished. So he will have time between now and 1st quarter of 2025 to 'rest' before joining Ferrari.

    He's in gardening leave mode.

We all know it. He won't look natural all at that hypercar.

I hope he decides to do some work with Ferrari. Might still be a box he wants to tick. Even in a consultancy way.

Ferrari already have a scheme to avoid paying his full wage put of the f1 team but basically get home to do exactly what he dis for red bull to their car.

The new engine regs have a major impact on all cars and just having someone enforce joined up thinking on the political mad bouse that is Ferrari will make a.massive difference.

Someone will come out of this regs with a dominant engine imo. Its going to happen and no amount of aero will change that.

Red bull always had a better chassis ans aero than the mercs. The mercs just drove away from them.

There are years upon years of poor aero and narrow window set up cars behind the current merc problems. Hamilton used to say the cars were a pitch to set up but they win anyway.

Stroll turned in on alonso just completely ignored the fact alonso was there.

Hamilton was having a laugh claiming that's a gap he knew full well he'd have to bump wheels at best or steam through that corner and hit someone.

Safety car seeing verstappenn v le clerc cut off. Verstappen has pulled a gap due to called tyres.

Stroll turned in because he assumed Alonso would have by then, he left more than a car's width, just not 2. Alonso couldn't turn in because Hamilton ****ed up his ridiculous dive bomb.
