Do City have an agent in the BRFC PR department? The first photo is embarrassing enough. The second has the Sainsbury logo top centre!
Higgs looking bemused as the expected half a million plastic fans fail to materialise to stone the bus and players........
Bristol is often referred to as the Silicon Valley of the UK as we're probably the biggest tech/creative market outside of London. With that in mind, it's amazing how both professional sides (btw, welcome back to professional football Rovers) have such terrible media departments. I imagine that either club just doesn't put the money or effort in, and as a result sport in Bristol is a laughing stock once again. It's all about perception. Both teams could be great on the pitch, but without the correct output we'll always look small-time.
This used to be my industry, and we actually have the largest silicon chip industry outside of Silicon Valley in the world. Intel, Nvidia, IBM, etc are all based in Bristol.
Bristol Sport is improving don't you think? The new stadium progress reports are pretty slick and professional, its when they leave it to some pen pusher trying to do a job they're not up to it all goes wrong.. They need to find some cohesion down there and make sure the info releases go through one person, the flag / ultras debacle being a recent example.

Absolutely. In terms of tech and politics the comparisons to the likes of San Francisco and Silicon Valley have only been getting stronger. We're also terrible for sports, so we've got another thing going for us. Bristol does tend to struggle to keep the big companies here; the reason why companies like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, and co are in Bristol is usually due to a Bristol-based company being acquired, but we're without a doubt the second largest market for tech in the UK, and that's despite Manchester throwing tens of millions around. Bristol Sport is a step in the right direction, but with the right financial backing Bristol City could blow most Premier League clubs out of the water. Most Premier League clubs have crappy sites and terrible digital media teams.

NVidia has a small office at 920 Aztec know a co within the same IBM IS A LARGE DISCREET BUILDING AROUND 1600 AZTEC have been there a few times INTEL were behind UWE near ABBEYWOOD but closed years ago, were in Swindon with a large warehouse complex but that also closed years ago, also had a discreet place near Eastleigh /Romsey area working with Dell!
