Injured most of it, but if you want a player to give you 100% then he's your man. I liked him but some thought he was average at best. But IMO I would of liked him to get a further year or two with us. Got a good shot and pass on him and scores a few.
A solid League One player who gives 100% - what's not to like (apart from the obvious fact that he'll have to be scrubbed with Dettol by a wire brush before he's allowed in the building!).
Sorry guys, but he is not good enough. I've watched him several times in City Highlights and TV matches and wondered how he managed to get into their relegation threatened team. For me, he was stand out poor. Edit; Also what sort of rep are we going to get with two mary ponytails in midfield??? Edit; Mistaken identity. For Wagstaffe read Freeman.
Well he destroyed league one last year, he has been ****e this season but he's young and still learning so there's hope for him yet.
He may well have been poor last year but he tore that division a new one the year before.. he would be out of your league if available, far bigger fish would be in for him..
You will have to explain that to your fairies Banksy. Too good for the Gas? Yet he played for your lot. No wonder you over rate him. Just be sure the Gas don't' pass you on the way by next season. We want you in the same division so we can put you back in your place as over-financed under- achieving debt building reds..
When he comes to the mighty gas he will be among the big fish! Come and experience what its like to hear true fans backing you for 90 minutes!
How many times did you sell out last year??.. This is a simple fact. Luke Freeman would not come to you as you are too small a club.. that may offend you, it is however still a fact. Back in our place? What historically above you. Wanting (15 years and counting) and getting is two different things.. How ironic that we are 'over financed' yet all you lot have doubled up your delusional status since getting in your 'billionaire owner' (who needs outside finance to build a stadium designed by ikea)
Did you get so angry your need to reply made you copy it in to my quote? Please don't pretend to be about to 'put us in our place' when you are unable to sell out a small stadium in a promotion season, I'm not Luke Freemans agent but can assure you his agent wouldn't be considering any offers from north of the river in Bristol. He is above that.
They are very fragile sapphire....now that things are evened up regarding financial backing. They are hoping Mr Johnson junior with deliver the results next season... And with our sort after ambitious manager staying a while, with a few quid to spend no doubt! The 'GAS' continue to move in the right direction...
