Jesus ****ing Christ, I have nothing at all against di Canio, but why the **** did the idiots in charge feel the need to replace Marty? What the actual ****? It wasn't his ****ing fault that the players can't seem to do what is necessary to stay afloat. GOD DAMN IT! Marty, you will be missed.
I was his biggest fan when he was appointed. However: 1) the football that has been served up since Everton in the cup last year has been absolute dross. 2) Up until this point we are the worst footballing team in the division (with the possible exception of Reading) 3) MON has shown a negative outlook with team tactics and selections which has obviously drained the confidence of the players. 4) His transfer buys have been dubious at best 5) He bizarrely left us with only 2 strikers at the club following the Jan transfer window, letting Campbell, Ji and Whickham leave 6) We were sleepwalking towards relegation in my opinion 7) Due to the above I'm guessing season ticket renewals have fell off a cliff and ES has taken this into consideration 8) MONs comment like "I knew we would struggle this season" when we have spent massive amounts of money in comparison to other teams (Swansea for example) can't have sat well with ES The players should take some of the blame, absolutely no doubt about it. However we were desperately in need of a spark - I'm in agreement with ES that PDC is the man to give that spark

MON - good f**kin riddance. Never wanted him - always played terrible boring counter attack footie - the bloke simply does not have a clue!!! We would have gone down, and he should have been sacked after the QPR game (home)!!!! IMO. All of his signings have been abysmal:- Fletcher - £12m (£7m too much IMO) Johnson - £10m (the bloke is an alki and cannot be ar$ed - will be found out by PDC) DG - £5m (why? the bloke is a donkey and a f**kin CRAA) His tactics have been even worse!!! I think PDC is a risk - but a risk worth taking - ES had nowt to lose!!!! PS - most of the blokes at my golf club want us to go down coz of PDC alleged politics - I told them all to FO and am up in front of the Committee next week. v. good summary. it's all very well MON criticising but when you do badly with transfers you have to fall on your sword....
