Looking to the summer and all the lovely loot that Mike will splash has got me thinking of some signings.

First up we need a striker. Step forward Juan Albin. Cost? Free signing…

Right then. Smith is losing his game so we need back up for Tiote. Step forward defensive mid Andreas Ottl. Cost? Free signing…

We’ve talked about a right mid… How about Luigi Bruins? He’s available in the summer on a … you guessed it - Free!

Left back cover next. Florian Marange of Bordeaux. Guess the price? Free…

4 players for just the signing fee…

    Bargains the lot of em...

I'd be mad for not getting them in.

Now. I'm off to Queensland to see a man about a boat. Google has the location 4 miles in land??

If they're free in summer we are allowed to talk to them now and get them to sign a pre-contract. Albin sounds class and what I've heard of Ottl sounds good enough <ok>

He was Thriller but he's was going to cost a fortune and Mike doesn't like spending a fortune

The players all appear on a 2010/11 European Bosman listing.

Albin was linked with us and I kept an eye on him.

Ottl caught my eye playing in the German youth squads and Bayern.

Luigi Bruins played in the U-21's UEFA tournament when it was held in Holland. I saw quite a bit of him there.

Florian Marange is rated in France and I have a few friends who support Bordeaux.

It's not because of a lack of ability. I can assure you of that.

just surprised their current clubs either haven't agreed a new contract or sold them at a cut price to get something for them before running out their contracts.

    maybe they have character issues?

also think we should make a move for zigic on the cheap, tall, good passer and good shot. also would love to see us pick up a free stiker now, why dont we go for that brazilian striker, ewathon or something he is only 29

    Marco Zoro is available.

I know nothing about this man but the ability in having the lone Ranger up front and Zoro at the back cannot be overlooked

    We need it.

Ashley would prob sign this lad Anicet Andrianantenaina from Auxerre simply for the fact it'd cost about £100 for the shirt with his name on the back
