    He is right in the fact that Rangers could have went to court on the grounds that the contracts were unfair. He is wrong that any judge would have ripped those contracts up.

    He is also wrong because Rangers had already ripped those contracts up and said they didn't recognise them and would no longer fulfill them about 18 months ago. Around the same time as they asked for a boycott of Sports Direct. So as far as Rangers were concerned those contracts didn't exist so why would they go to court to get out of them.

    It was up to SD to sue Rangers for breach of contract which they failed to do. Instead they decided to seek a mutually beneficial alternative.

    Pretty obvious **** really if you are a real Bluenose who kens what's going on and not some Tuechter Timposter nigger shagger :emoticon-0105-wink:
