From PD's article in today's EDP on Huddersfield's visit to CR - "The Citizens’ 26-year-old midfielder (Aaron Mooy) was an influential figure in the Terriers’ slick 2-1 Championship win against Norwich just before Christmas. Huddersfield’s inventiveness, the width with which they surgically dismantled the Canaries that night and the energetic thrusts of men such as Mooy, Kasey Palmer and Elias Kachunga spearheaded one of the most accomplished displays seen by a visiting side at Carrow Road this season. It was not just a victory, at times it felt like a changing of the guard as City’s midfield laboured to stem the attacking cut and thrust."
IMO, Huddersfield were the best team to visit CR this season and this article helps to explain it.

Edit - I've just seen this as to why AI should be considered for the position of 'Head Coach' - "
Norwich’s assured interim chief cannot be discounted. Not only is he the man in possession at present but a strong finish to the campaign on the pitch would make a compelling case. Irvine has also worked in a similar set-up at West Brom. The Scot admitted last week coaching players on the training field is where he gets his biggest buzz and the outline of City’s new blueprint underlines there will be a clear separation from the all-encompassing duties of the old style manager.
Irvine, you sense, has the respect of the current playing squad but that transition from being the good cop to fostering a degree of detachment, from ‘Alan’ to the ‘gaffer’ essentially, would be one of the biggest challenges to overcome."

    PLEASE NO!!!!

I've just seen that our under 23s have been drawn away to Liverpool in PL Cup quarter final after their dramatic penalty shoot out against Fulham, with the tie due to be played between Mar 31st and Apr 3rd, so should be a great test for our youf.
Seems a bit ridiculous, when we've got the International PL Cup semi final against Sunderland is already scheduled for Mar 31st!!!!

So Scotland under 17s go through undefeated to the finals in Croatia from 3-19 May.
That man (boy??) Middleton scores an excellent penalty, making it 4 goals from 3 games.
It's one of the clips in this tweet - https://twitter.com/ScottishFA

First 5 minutes. Seems like the England team I've watched for the past 10 years or so.

(Pathetic dive by Vardy as I type this)

Great to see a start for Keane. Not Sure why Livermore has a start. Bertrand again, is nice to see, he's been good too. A Nice lineup, but feels like a Premiership team playing a "cup team" Like Arsenal do.

Wish all fans had enough sense to see through the shameless money making efforts of 3rd kits. If no bugger bought them, they'd stop making them! (I feel the same about Coldplay albums!)
Naismith goal! Where are the ones for city?

    Bah!

Are we competing, because we are using players who know how to dive?

    Vardy
    Alli

Both embarrassing to see them dive like that. Commentator loves it.

Urgh. Just scanning down my Twitter feed and seen a still of Colemans broken leg from last nights game. Was going to paste it here, but it's not a nice image. Poor lad!
