Could do 150kgs a few years ago before I tore my peck, tend to do high volume with 80-100kgs now, haven't quite got the confidence back yet. Deadlift anywhere from 230-250kg depends how I feel. Squat is 220kg for a few reps, chasing 240-250 by the end of this year. All unequiped, minus a belt of course. All natural too
