    So the not606 three all kick off this coming Saturday 8th August;

    Gillingham start with what could be a tough home fixture against Sheffield United, but if we are serious pre-season about vying for the play-offs as early indications suggest, then at least one point on the table will be expected.

    While Peterborough make the long journey North to Rochdale, where I'm sure itstimupnorth will be keeping an eye on the result as much has Minxy. The Posh had some decent opposition and not bad results against West Ham and Tottenham pre-season so could be a formidable force, albeit may need to seek out a new man between the sticks.

    And Millwall are also on the road at Shrewsbury, where the travelling supporters will find it hard to get a beer at this development. The yellow jacket brigade were hard work to get past for myself and alwaysright a few season's back and being Wall's reputation then they may have to find refreshment away from the ground. As for expectations on the pitch, not really sure at this stage.

    So after mixed fortunes out of our three not606 Championship contenders, Gills currently lead the way and this coming Saturday see's the first of the Champions League Big Ties;

    Posh v Gills

    Don't know much about Posh so will just give the run down on the Gills.

    Bradley Dack is currently ripping teams apart while our main striker Cody is out injured and on the bench. Dack scored another two goals yesterday to add to his tally and i've already lost count!

    In goal is Stuart Nelson, League One or as the supporters would say, England's Number One, and a very safe pair of hands.

    Seen many a change at Gill's this season and the one that has really caught my eye is number two Ryan Jackson, pace like a greyhound out the traps and a throw better than Rory Delap. I've absolutely no idea how he directs it like a missile in the box, but giving a throw on the right is as good has giving a corner to us. If you want an example watch the first scrabbled goal i think it was against Sheffield United.

    Then we have Brennan Dickenson, amazing unstoppable pace down the wing, Wigan yesterday, just like Sheffield United couldn't handle him.

    You only had to look at our bench yesterday to see that Gills this season can change anything, with Cody, McGlashan and Ehmer easily being first team selections in other teams.

    So far we have beaten all the bookies favourites Sheffield United, Bradford and Wigan, can Posh stop the Gills runaway train or should that be caravan? ;)

    Well as Gills top the league, the champions league claims its first victim as today Robertson was sacked at the Posh. Who will be the League's next victim as Wall go into free fall <whistle>
