Well done to beefy who kicks off the season as the first weekly winner with a great 18pts.

Many had a slow start, still in pre-season mode and a bit rusty. There are 2 weeks to go in the August league and who ever has the most points then will become the August monthly champion.

Previous season winner and euro sweepstake champion tom is in second with the liebherr legacy in 3rd.

The liebherr legacy was the only one to predict the exact saints score of 1-1 and played his joker picking up 6pts on the saints result. Beefy had 2 exact score predictions in the everton and the leeds games as well as a correct goalscorer. lamby and island saint chose redmond as a correct goalscorer.

Best bonus goals was the arsenal game with 7 goals. No points won in game 4 for winning teams with southampton, newcastle or Leicester letting many down.

In the lucky 5 game, tom, st johnson, chilco and schad correctly picked teams that scored 5 goals and each picked up 5 points.
