Ron points out that is best to buy before you sell, or the price goes up as they think you are flush after selling 50 mil worth of players
Oh ****. I've just posted on the other thread that you're older than me. I may just pop you by a day or two... How old are you now?
Don't know if already mentioned but telegraph today say the bid United had rejected over 10 days ago was £20M and they've not returned with another yet.
We can't have this saga hanging around us for the rest of the transfer window as we either need to buy in Morgan's replacement or not. Delaying this purchase will mean the best replacements will already have been snapped up and will leave uncertainty in the squad IMHO we need to set a deadline to Morgan and his potential buyers, pay the asking price otherwise we will withdraw him from sale then we can plan properly.
Agree with this, I resigned myself to him leaving this Summer a long time ago - can we just hurry it up either way please.
Then he and his agent need to get serious with potential buyers to stop taking the "michael" with silly transfer offers Would it be Saints fault that no club thought him good enough to offer the appropriate fee? If he thinks he is good enough to play for one of the big boys then lets see if they match his view If Sterling is worth £40m+, what the hell should Morgan go for? I think something between £25-30m is a bargain personally and more fool anyone who doesn't think so
