And you realise this thread was created as a piss take in response to HIAG's "Spiral" Threads about Leicester, Liverpool, Chelsea and other teams, right?

I've seen Everton win the league and the FA Cup, memories I'll never forget, some of the best days of my life.

I can't say I remember with fondness perusing the annual accounts and studying the balance sheet

Oh and btw haven't you just spelled out the Wenger strategy there? and to think you've spent years taunting the Gooners over Wenger's 4th place trophy.

Spurs fans, and HIAG in particular on here, absolutely slated Arsenal for selling their best players and developing youth when we were paying for our stadium.
Now HIAG is openly saying that Spurs have to adopt Arsenal's policy

I have never criticised Arsenal for always finishing 4th. In fact, I have, in the past, acknowledged that as an achievement, for a club like Arsenal.

The only criticism that I have ever levelled at Arsenal (and, more latterly, Wenger) is that with having spent some many years in the top 4 and having played for so long in the CL that you squandered your chances.

I will be just as critical of Spurs if we spend that amount of time in the top 4 and playing in the CL and end up with only a couple of FA Cup wins to show for it.

 

That's because I am telling you something, and you are saying "No, its like this...."and repeating the same thing I have just told you.

We started winning league titles and European trophies because Roman invested all that money.
But its because we won all those titles that our revenue and fanbase increased. If we had won all those titles without Roman's money, our revenue and fanbase would still have increased, success breeds success.

So when/if Spurs win a couple of trophies, your revenue will likely increase, was my initial point...

To be fair, I have never started a 'Pool "spiral" thread, and my "Leicester Spiral" thread has been spot on.

The "Chelsea spiral" thread is new, and it remains to be seen if I am correct on that. I will be the first to admit I was wrong, should it come to that.
