Toby signs for Spurs - official.

If Spurs have beaten us to Toby they must of gone in huge to get him.

 

Apparently the president of AM wants it all wrapped up by the end of Sunday ........really hope we're in there fighting our corner.

 

Beefy heard any more positive news or no change?

 

Nothing since yesterday when I said it looked very much on. It's why if he goes to Spurs then Levi has gone in big.

 

Hopefully that's a very big if.

I think we should all have blocked Beefy while he was positive....not give him a chance to add 'but'.

 

So basically we still don't know whether he's coming but there's a chance he will........or won't.

Toby will want to play. At Spuds he'll have 4 other good CBs and Kaboul if he stays, to compete against. Something doesn't add up for me.

Don't forget that although Sky are the premier football media, in terms of coverage, they are often way behind on up todate info.

 

We do tend to bring those with surnames that are difficult to spell, like Schneiderlin or Alderweireld. With that in mind, I fully expect us to be after Reza Ghoochannejhad and Sokratis Papastathopoulos.
